How involved does our internal team need to be?
Minimal, by design. Your team provides the brief — campaign goals, creator direction, brand guidelines, and budget parameters. From there I take ownership of research, outreach, and coordination. You'll receive shortlists for approval, deal terms for sign-off, and regular updates, but you won't be managing any of the day-to-day work. Most teams spend 1–2 hours per week reviewing and approving rather than executing.
Do you work across all industries or specific niches?
I work across industries — the core skills of research, outreach, and campaign coordination translate across niches. That said, I've worked extensively with product-based brands where influencer and UGC content plays a strong role in both organic and paid growth. If you have a specific niche in mind, feel free to ask and we can discuss fit on a call.
Do you handle strategy or just execution?
Execution only — and that's intentional. Your internal team understands your brand, your audience, and your overall marketing goals. I don't try to replace that. I take the direction your team sets and execute it on the influencer side: finding the right creators, getting them into your pipeline, managing the campaign through to content delivery, and reporting back clearly. Strategy stays with you.
What tools or platforms do you use?
I adapt to what your team already uses. For the influencer CRM and pipeline tracking I can work in Notion, Google Sheets, Airtable, or a dedicated influencer platform — whatever suits your workflow. For communication I'm flexible across email, Slack, WhatsApp, or scheduled calls. No mandatory new tools on your end.
What's the difference between outreach contacts and collaboration setups?
Outreach contacts are the total number of creators I reach out to in a given month — not all of them will respond or be a fit. Collaboration setups are the number of confirmed partnerships I coordinate through to content delivery that month. Outreach is the top of the funnel; collaboration setups are the confirmed outcomes. The ratio varies by niche, but I target a healthy conversion rate between the two.
What is whitelisting and should we include it?
Whitelisting is the ability to run paid ads directly through an influencer's social account — using their content and handle. It often outperforms standard ad creative because of the social proof layer. If your team is running paid ads alongside organic influencer content, whitelisting is worth building into collaborations. I negotiate it as part of the deal. It's included from the Active tier upwards, or available as an add-on for the Support tier.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit is required upfront before work begins, with the remaining 50% due on the 15th of each month. All engagements are a minimum 3-month commitment. The upfront deposit is non-refundable once onboarding has started.
Is there a minimum commitment?
I ask for a minimum 3-month engagement. The first month involves setup — aligning with your team, building templates and the CRM, and beginning the first outreach cycle. By month 2 you'll have active collaborations running. Month 3 is where you can properly evaluate performance and decide on continued cadence. After 3 months, we move to rolling monthly contracts reviewed quarterly.
